Below are just some of the mediums I work with and a few noteworthy projects including some background information on them.
Leave it to a writer to write a lot about their writing.
Nationwide Notices
This is just part of a vast campaign where we consolidated multiple websites into one portal. This piece was interesting as I had to interview our digital experience supervisor and ghostwrite a letter from her to our customers. This letter was sent to every United States customer and was very well-received by them. This became the gold standard for the tone we would have for this campaign, and several other letters from other company leaders were based on this version.
Enhanced Experiences
I took it upon myself to streamline the user experience at our brick-and-mortar stores. These posters are placed in stores and MUST clearly communicate a lot of freight rates for different situations. All the info on the previous version needed to be included in the new version, but I wanted to make it easier to read than just throwing a bunch of copy on a poster. Now, our customers can get the necessary information for their purchase without squinting their eyes.
Although I was primarily a copywriter in this role, I always gravitated to video production work. In this series, I helped write questions for video interviews on the steps we take to ensure our products surpass their typical use cases at our Quality Labs. I also assisted in the filming, interviewing, and editing of this video series.
Quality Questions
Persuasive Promises
This was a substantial multi-step campaign to reinforce to our customers (we call them Partners here) that we have and will continue to invest in their success, offering more quality testing of products, new programs to save them money, and more. I helped with the name “Partner Pledge,” our tagline of “Your Success is Our Success,” and was the writer for almost every asset of this campaign, including videos, emails, and webpages.
One of my most significant contributions that lead to incredible sales for my employer (~$100 million and still counting) was the revitalization of their surveillance line Luma. A new generation of products were created to modernize the brand, adding new technology and a new opportunity to convince customers to buy from us. This campaign required new webpages, a slew of emails, ads, videos, and about 200+ SKU pages to be created.
